Vaccination Campaign Launches Next Week

The Ministry of Health announced launch of vaccination campaign against measles targets five states on the 9th of the month. The campaign 9-14 of October targets the North, River Nile, Khartoum, Gadarif, Kassala and Red Sea states within the commitment to declare country free of measles. Director of Vaccination Department at the ministry of health said arrangements for the campaign has been completed in coordination with World Health Organization (WHO) and the UNICEF. The organizers called on state governments, organizations and civil administrators to create suitable conditions to make the campaign a success.
